Our Staff
We operate a solo practice, so that we can devote our full attention to the needs of our clients. Our attorney, H. Frank Cahill, served as a law clerk to the honorable Justice Daniel Moore on the Supreme Court of Alaska, then worked in firms in Washington state and Alaska, before opening our practice in 1998.
Attorney Cahill is assisted by secretary/paralegal Ashley Carter, who has a degree in justice from the University of Alaska at Anchorage.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Anchorage, at the west end of the park strip, with plenty of parking nearby. We accept Visa and MasterCard for all real estate work. For clients living outside of Anchorage, we are often able to get the court's permission to hold meetings of creditors by telephone.
