Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
We represent individuals who want to permanently discharge certain debts under Chapter 7 in exchange for the sale of non-exempt assets. We will help you determine whether you qualify for protection under Chapter 7 by walking you through the law's "means test." For bankruptcy clients outside of Anchorage, we will use our best efforts to obtain the court's permission to hold creditor meetings by telephone.
